This Method also Works on Windows 8, 10 and XP. follow it systematically:

  1. Go to your computer home screen.
  2. Click on any program that you have to create shortcut.
  3. Right click of mouse.
  4. Go to properties.
  5. Click shortcuts.

  7. Press Ctrl + Altr and your custom key.
  8. Tap Apply > Ok.
  9. That's it. Your custom shortcut key has successfully saved.
